Description
Professional automatic leak tester for pipes, hoses, connectors and installations using a smoke generator. This will help us locate leaks in piping systems quickly and accurately within minutes. Possibility of using the device for testing the intake system, turbocharger test, exhaust system test, cooling system test, car seal test, fuel tank system test, test of various pipe fittings.
The device draws power from a 12V battery
For detecting leaks in piping systems in cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, ATVs, light trucks and speedboats, suitable for all car models.
● Overheating protection
When the device temperature exceeds 75℃, power protection will be intelligently activated to turn it off.
● Frost protection
The machine can also work normally at -20℃.
EVAP smoke machine equipped with a liquid-filled pressure gauge. By observing the pressure gauge change, the leakage situation is clear at a glance.
Adjustable air flow
Output flow: <6 L/min
Air flow meter with adjustable button, easy to control the smoke effect.
Fast smoke output
This machine built-in air compressor, with excellent wick and heating element. It can produce smoke instantly by heating USP mineral oil or baby oil. 4ft smoke outlet pipe can help you achieve and connect perfectly.
Note before the leak test: turn off the vehicle's ignition
● Assemble the smoke machine with the supply hose, electrical socket and hook
● Unscrew the oil filler cap and add test oil
● Disconnect the pipes that need to be connected to the smoke leak detector
● Connect the power cord of the car fog machine to the 12V vehicle battery (red clamp to battery positive and black clamp to good ground, then the high power LED will be on, if else check the power supply)
● Insert the smoke supply hose into the pipeline to be tested using the adapter cone
● Press the air control switch, wait a few seconds until the system is pressurized, check the pressure gauge and flow meter reading for leakage condition. Turn on the smoke generator, adjust the smoke to the appropriate amount to quickly locate the leak position
● Leakage can be assessed depending on where the smoke appears
